Description: The Berwyn Branch of the YMCA of the Upper Line is seeking an experienced professional to direct all aspects of membership for the 54-acre facility, focusing on new member connections, sales and service. We are looking for a highly motivated team player with the ability to relate effectively with our diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the
community
.
This individual will also be responsible to hire, supervise and train all welcome center staff and lead a culture of excellent member service throughout the branch in a positive, cheerful, and motivational manner consistent with the mission and values of the YMCA. This leader will also work with the senior team to develop, plan and implement strategic goals, build member satisfaction and develop and manage the budget.
Qualifications: -Bachelor-s degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience
-3
years- experience in customer service positions, including sales experience and at least 1 year supervisory
-Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
-Proficiency in MS Office, internet use, programs specific to a service environment
-Excellent Conflict management/resolution skills
-High level of organizational skills
-Certifications - CPR/AED/First Aid, (current or ability to secure them within 60 days of hire)
-Ability to work flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
