- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations on food and beverages - Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner - Ensure accuracy in order delivery and handle any special requests or modifications - Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues - Process payments and provide accurate change to guests - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Requirements:
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience - Experience in guest services within the food industry is preferred - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Ability to build positive guest relations by being attentive, friendly, and accommodating Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and requirements.
