Production Apprentice

Green Bolt Green Bolt Berwyn, PA Berwyn, PA Part-time Part-time From $18 an hour From $18 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago About Green Bolt Green Bolt is an apparel and merchandise decoration company.
We customize products using digital, full-color (Direct-to-Film) printing, sublimation, machine embroidery, and laser engraving methods to create quality branded products for our clients.
We operate with sustainability in mind by consciously sourcing better products and materials, reducing our footprint, producing on-demand and influencing the industry.
Green Bolt is a new, small business founded by Leah Grubb, previously the Director of Marketing for a sustainable e-commerce product startup that was on Shark Tank.
Leah launched Green Bolt with two established, local automotive business owners, now partners backing her idea and vision for an on-demand printing company.
We help small businesses thrive by letting them focus on what they do best.
Whether that be auto repair, landscaping, food service at the end of the day, they're not the branded apparel experts-we are.
And when they can focus on what they do best, they thrive, their people thrive, and their community is all the better for it.
About the Role This is a part-time, entry-level position with training provided and room for growth.
As the Production Apprentice, you'll be responsible for producing quality, decorated products using industrial/commercial DTF and Sublimation Printers, Heat Presses, Embroidery Machines and Laser Engravers.
In the first month, you will focus on learning and understanding the industry in addition to training with Leah and the production team in order to build competency and confidence in operating the machines and to gain an understanding of our business and offerings.
By the end of the first month, you'll understand why we do what we do, what makes us unique, our core values and processes, and have a basic understanding of different decoration methods and our place within the industry.
In the second month, you will begin to be able to execute the basic operational needs of all machines and complete standard production and maintenance tasks.
By the end of the second month, you will be able to complete a production run with guidance.
In the third month, you will focus on gaining confidence and developing your craftsmanship and be able to produce standard items with little to no supervision.
