Full Time - Day Shift - Monday through Friday Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or industry such as healthcare administration, business administration, information systems, clinical education, or related field required.
Advanced degree preferred but not required.
Experience:
12-15 years of progressively responsible experience with a focus on innovation, transformation, strategy, and leadership.
Strong understanding of healthcare trends, consumerism, clinical care practices, and operational processes.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.
Change management experience, with the ability to navigate and guide teams through complex transformations.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
Visionary mindset with the ability to anticipate future healthcare trends and proactively drive innovation.
