Dynamic public company with a global footprint needs a 2-4 year in-house corporate attorney with SEC expertise and broad commercial transactional background negotiating and drafting all types of contracts including international trade documents, sales, rebates, confidentiality, RFP's and technology development and licensing. This is a lean legal environment that requires a legal advisor with good business acumen and sophisticated legal counseling. You will not only bring strong diplomacy skills, but have good judgment to service the business clients, interface with outside legal counsel and finance executives.
