Administers all benefits programs including health, dental, vision, pension, 403(b) voluntary retirement plan, incentive bonuses and time off benefits.
Administers day to day operations of the company's Human Resources Information Management systems (HRIS).
Creates and provides reports related to employee information.
In accordance with the requirements of all regulatory and governing bodies, this position maintains accurate and complete personnel files for all employees from onboarding through termination of employment.
Basic Qualifications Education/Training:
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field required.
Certifications/Licensure:
A valid US Driver's License.
Certification in Human Resources is preferred.
Skill(s):
Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems and Human Resource Information Systems required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills are required.
Knowledge of employment law, department of public welfare and other related regulations that govern hiring, employment, benefits, leave and training requirements for Melmark.
Experience:
At least two years' experience in Human Resources or the Human Services field is required Location:
