The Customer Support Analyst provides the primary oversight and coordination of the MHL IS desktop procurement and leasing program by facilitating the tasks and responsibilities associated with equipment planning, procurement, lease management, device tracking, and disposition, as well as ensuring that deployments occur in a timely and customer-focused manner.
They will also facilitate IS Customer Support programs, projects, and special initiatives by serving as an analytic and project resource role to assess operations, processes, and work flows that impact customer service and making and/or implementing recommended solutions.

Customer Support Analyst Shift:

Hybrid (Berwyn, PA) Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Computer Sciences from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
Experience:
3-5 years of professional experience in customer-focused business environment with recent project management experience.
Prior experience in an asset procurement, asset leasing, and/or customer order processing environment is desirable.
Additional Skills:
Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are essential.
Must possess interpersonal and customer service skills necessary to interact courteously and professionally with customers and all related support resources, often in stressful situations.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision and along side other managers to improve Customer Support productivity, performance, processes and communications.
Excellent customer service and communications skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, and MS Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint, RedDot, Adobe Acrobat and Zoomerang).
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiples tasks and processes with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
